Stacey Murphy is a seasoned facilitator, executive coach, keynote speaker, and HR consultant with a strong track record in leadership development, talent management, HR operations, and total rewards. Stacey has held influential HR leadership roles at organizations including MGIC, Associated Bank, BMO, and M&I Bank, Stacey has consistently demonstrated her ability to streamline talent frameworks, fostering agility and competitiveness in dynamic markets.
A dynamic and engaging speaker, Stacey inspires organizations and leaders to unlock their highest potential through actionable strategies and insights on leadership and people practices. Known for her practical, results-driven approach, her presentations leave a lasting impact, equipping audiences with tools to drive meaningful change.
Stacey holds an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration from Lakeland University in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Stacey finds joy in life’s simple pleasures. A lifelong reader, she often juggles two or three books at a time, ranging from fiction and mystery novels to business, leadership, and self-help genres. Stacey also loves spending time with her two Cavachons, Cooper and Winnie, whether walking outdoors or curling up on the couch with a good book.
An avid traveler, Stacey believes her favorite destination is always the next one. When not working or exploring, she enjoys gardening, hosting dinner parties, relaxing on her screen porch during the summer, and watching the latest streaming series in the winter.
